OnePlus Nord 2 5G leaks | OnePlus Nord 2 5G Specifications And Price in India

OnePlus Nord 2 5G is a successor of the OnePlus Nord which was launch in 2020. After a year gap OnePlus again bring a newer 5G variant of OnePlus Nord and called it OnePlus Nord 2 5G.  Nord 2 5G is all set to launch in India on July 22, OnePlus again tie-up with Amazon for selling its smartphones. Amazon has revealed this through an exclusive listing. 

OnePlus Nord 2 5G Body and Dimensions 

As per media leaks, OnePlus Nord 2 5G comes with a metallic frame with a curved 6.43 inch Full HD + AMOLED display with 90Hz screen refresh rate and back glass design. One side Volume Up and Down switch, power lock and unlock key and OnePlus’s favorite red key. It has a type -C connector and may have a stereo speaker facility. On the backside a square-size camera setup just like OnePlus Nord CE and OnePlus Logo. This  Nord 2 5G has also a punch-hole display.

OnePlus Nord 2 5G RAM and Storage

As per the report, the OnePlus Nord 2 5G comes with  6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM, and 128/256 GB storage. As per the rumor, this phone supports  3.1 UFS storage.

OnePlus Nord 2 5G Processor

This time OnePlus join hands with MediaTek and power the OnePlus Nord 2 5G smartphone. After OnePlus confirmed the existence of the Nord series phone and announced it with MediaTek SoC. OnePlus Nord will come with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 AI SoC and it is a customized version of the existing MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor

OnePlus Nord 2 5G Software

Oneplus Nord 2 5G will be OnePlus’s first phone which will come with a new Operating System.  This new Operating System is developed by OPPO and OnePlus’s share codebase. New  Nord 2 5G will be run on New Oxygen OS 11.3. And other OnePlus phones will be run this new Oxygen OS 11.3  when the Android 12 updates release from OnePlus.

OnePlus Nord 2 5G Price 

In 2020 OnePlus Nord was launched in the Indian market with a starting price around of Rs. 21,999 to Rs. 25,000. But this time OnePlus sold this phone between Rs.23,000 to Rs.29 000 price bracket.

OnePlus Nord 2 5G Amazon Listing

As a market gimmick and make hype for this phone Amazon India listed this phone in its dedicated microsite and revealed OnePlus Nord 2 5G launch date only.

As per the Amazon listing said  “Join us on July 22 as we officially introduce the OnePlus Nord 2 5G for our users in Europe and India,” but before that OnePlus also announce the release date and processor. 

As per the report, after OnePlus launching this smartphone on 22nd July it may be gone for sale on Amazon Prime Day sale i.e 26 or 27 July. The prime members of Amazon will get early access to purchase this phone.

Conclusion

What do you think, would OnePlus Nord 2 5G will be a gamechanger in the Indian mobile market. Who are the competitors of OnePlus? OnePlus charges some extra bucks for its brand name, clean Oxygen OS and, regular updates.
