BCC stands for Blind Carbon Copy. It is used when a user has to send an email to 2 or more people individually at the same time. The recipient of this mail will not able to know about another recipient. That means a sender can send the same data to every individual without letting them know about another recipient.

Example of BCC in E-Mail
Assumed that, in a company Ram, Shyam, Mina, and Tina are the employees and Neeraj is the boss. If Neeraj wants to send individually some confidential letters to his employees without letting them know about another recipient, then Neeraj will use the BCC option in the email.
Neeraj will write a mail and keep his employee’s email id in the Blind Carbon Copy box. After that Neeraj will send this email to all his employees, every employee will get this mail individually.
